Murat Barazov arrived in the U.S. in 2019 with nothing but ambition and a vision. Leaving Turkmenistan behind, he embraced a world of opportunities, determined to make his mark in tech. Raised with a mix of military discipline from his father and creative flair from his mother, he had the perfect foundation for success.
Learning, Leading, and Leveling Up
Barazov’s passion for problem-solving led him to Johns Hopkins University’s specialized program, where he sharpened his skills. At Northern Virginia Community College, he took things further—becoming President of Code Lab and mentoring aspiring coders. But he wasn’t just coding; he was searching for an idea that truly mattered.
The NUBIO Spark
The inspiration for NUBIO hit close to home. Watching his grandmother struggle with foot care, he saw a major gap in the industry. Why weren’t there high-quality footcare products for seniors, men, and athletes? That’s when he knew—this was his chance to innovate.
At just 20, he launched NUBIO Foot Care, making skincare more inclusive. But he didn’t stop there. He developed the NUBIO App, using AI to personalize skincare for different skin types. His mission? To create products that actually serve people’s real needs.
Chasing the Vision, Not Just the Money
Starting out wasn’t easy. Barazov admits that overthinking nearly held him back. “I wanted every detail to be perfect before starting,” he recalls. “But I realized you learn by doing. The key is to just start.”
Now, with plans to expand NUBIO to millions of users by 2025, he stays true to his philosophy: chase the vision, not the money. For Barazov, success isn’t about wealth—it’s about making a real impact, one step at a time.
His journey proves that no dream is too big, no challenge is too tough, and no idea is too small. The real secret? Start now, learn as you go, and never stop building.
