By combining artificial intelligence with 3D-printed parts, WeArm allows users to control the arm using their brain muscle signals, providing a humanlike range of motion. This innovation earned Okezue the prestigious BioGENEius Grand Prize and over $80,000 in support, reinforcing his ability to use technology to change lives for the better.

Fidutam: A Decentralized Banking Solution for All

Okezue Bell’s next major project, Fidutam, is a decentralized banking platform aimed at helping underbanked and low-income communities. Inspired by the challenges his immigrant friends faced when trying to set up financial systems for their families, Okezue recognized the need for a more accessible and equitable banking solution. Fidutam’s unique decentralized model uses cryptocurrency to fund user accounts, allowing everyone, regardless of background, to access financial services. With over 10,500 users benefiting from the platform, Fidutam is already making a significant impact.
