The business manufactures high-quality hair products in its Midrand factory. Its haircare line is available at Clicks stores nationwide and through an online shop. With her accounting background, Nompumelelo implemented smart systems that fueled her company’s growth. In 2024, she won Medium Business Entrepreneur of the Year, proving her journey is an inspiration.

Esethu Cenga | Co-Founder, Rewoven

Esethu Cenga is turning textile waste into treasure. She co-founded Rewoven to reduce fashion waste and promote sustainable practices. Her company collects discarded textiles, recycles them, and supplies the materials back to the fashion industry.

Since 2018, Rewoven has partnered with major South African brands to promote sustainable fashion. The company creates jobs and raises awareness about environmental issues. Esethu’s work is reshaping the local fashion industry and leading the way for sustainability in Africa.
