RedAcademy Careers propels successful candidates into a one-year, MICT SETA-accredited program. The initial six months emphasize theory. It encompassing career dynamics and business structure. Subsequently, the next six months involve candidates actively participating. That is live development and contributing to technology solutions for prominent clients. This experience equips Sprinters with an understanding of software development in reality. it ensures a seamless transition into the workplace. with a bridge between learned knowledge and practical experience.
