Lagos Business School: Applications Open for Young Talents Programme 2026

Lagos Business School has opened applications for the 2026 Young Talents Programme (YTP), a leadership and career development initiative designed for young Nigerians interested in business, management, research, and academia.

The programme is aimed at helping young people build leadership capacity, gain career direction, and connect with professionals within the business and academic space. It also introduces participants to opportunities within the Lagos Business School ecosystem.

About the Programme

The Young Talents Programme is a two-day initiative that combines leadership training, mentorship, networking, and career development sessions.

Participants will engage with faculty members, industry experts, and other ambitious young Nigerians from different backgrounds. The programme also exposes participants to opportunities in management education, business leadership, and academic research.

Eligibility Criteria

Previous participants of the Young Talents Programme are not eligible to apply again.
