Empowering Nigerian Students: Julius Berger’s Scholarship is offering qualified female engineering students in public universities across Nigeria.  Additionally, this initiative is in line with Julius Berger’s commitment to enhancing capacity building. particularly, within the Education and Human Capital Development sector of Nigeria.

The merit-based scholarship is open to full-time female undergraduates. Thus, studying various engineering and related courses in public universities within Nigeria. They include Architecture, Building and Construction, Building Engineering, Building Technology, and Cartography, Chemical Engineering, Civil, and Construction Engineering. In addition, Construction Project Management, Electrical, Land Surveying, Mechanical, Metallurgical and Material Engineering, Metallurgy. Nonetheless, Production Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, and Structural Engineering.

To be eligible for the Empowering Nigerian Student: Julius Berger Nigeria Scholarship Award, applicants must:

• Be a citizen of Nigeria
• Be a female
• Be enrolled in a Federal or State-owned University based in Nigeria
• Be in the Faculty of Engineering /Environmental /Technology
• Currently in their second year of full-time study in a Nigerian Federal or State University accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC)
• Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 in a 5-grade system

The scholarships are renewable until graduation, contingent upon the recipients’ maintenance of high academic and ethical standards. Likewise, compliance with other conditions outlined in the scholarship award letter.

 Interested and qualified candidates should follow these steps to apply:

3. Proceed to your email box to activate your account.
4. Enter your registered email and password to upload your information.
5. Provide your personal information, National Identification Number, educational information, and other details, and upload the required scanned documents.
6. Ensure that the name used in the application matches the names on all documentation in the same order. If not, upload an affidavit or certificate.
7. Verify that all uploaded documents are clear and accurate.
8. When asked to upload a photo, use a passport photograph with a white background.
9. Double-check application information to avoid errors.
10. Click “Apply Now” to submit your information. A confirmation message will pop up.
11. Return to the website, enter your Email and Password to download your profile, and proceed to have your Head of Department sign the document.
12. Upload a scanned copy of the signed profile, which will be used for verification.
13. If the National Identification Number was not available in step 6, obtain your National Identification Number and update the application to ensure completion.
