Luke Mostert is on a mission to transform how young Africans access career and entrepreneurial<\/a> resources. A Forbes Africa \u201c30 Under 30\u201d honouree, Luke started CatalyzU to bridge the gap in education and job opportunities. Nompumelelo Madubedube | Founder, The San Hair<\/h3>

Nompumelelo Madubedube turned her need for quality wigs into a booming business. She started by selling hair from the boot of her car. Ten years later, her company, The San Hair, owns 15 salons and employs more than 200 people.<\/p>

The business manufactures high-quality hair products in its Midrand factory. Its haircare line is available at Clicks stores nationwide and through an online shop. With her accounting background, Nompumelelo implemented smart systems that fueled her company\u2019s growth.
