Most importantly, on a mission to create a healthier world, one exciting investment at a time. Her Journey in Medicine and Beyond<\/h3>

Her journey began at Hull York Medical School, where she studied medicine and surgery before diving into Acute Medicine in the UK. But she didn\u2019t stop there! Dr. Ola earned the prestigious Japanese MEXT scholarship, which took her all the way to Tokyo to study induced pluripotent stem cells. Plus, she added even more skills to her toolkit by earning a Master’s in Finance and Economic Policy from the University of London.<\/p>

Additionally, Healthcap operates on two amazing fronts. Comparatively, its infrastructure investing arm<\/em> focuses on healthcare, clean energy, and social infrastructure. Likewise, the venture capital arm<\/em> backs pre-Series A start-ups in fintech and health-tech. So far, they’ve invested in nearly 30 innovative start-ups and have an impressive pipeline of $800 million. This is particularly, for healthcare, clean energy, and clean water projects across Africa.<\/p>

Before all this, Dr. Ola founded Flying Doctors Nigeria. Primarily,<\/em> a tech-enabled urgent care service that\u2019s helped people in over 100 countries and handled more than 5,000 urgent care cases.<\/p>

Furthermore, Dr. Ola has authored four<\/em> books, including EMQs in Paediatrics<\/strong>, Pre-Hospital Care for Africa<\/strong>, and Fixing Healthcare in Nigeria<\/strong>.
