Rachael’s entrepreneurial story: Striking a balance between school and business. Olurotimi Rachael Toluwanimi is a graduate of International Relations at Caleb University. In 2022, she embarked on her entrepreneurial<\/a> journey during her third year at the university. She was motivated by a desire to reduce dependency on her parents. She was fueled by a genuine passion for doing business and social interaction with her customers, she took the bold step of starting her own business while still pursuing her degree at Caleb University.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Challenges and Resilience<\/h3>

While navigating her academic commitments, Rachael faced challenges in time management and meeting the demands of her business in school. As a student in a private institution, accessing supplies from the market proved to be a very difficult task. Ranging from ordering online to delivery issues, there were obstacles. Despite these obstacles, her unwavering determination and vision of owning multiple businesses in the future kept her pushing forward. Enabling opportunities for young entrepreneurs, and funding her dream children’s foundation project are all part of her visions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Evolution and Future Plans<\/h3>

Initially, Rachael’s startup was based on selling jewellery, scarves and sunglasses. However, the academic demands of her final year led to a temporary halt in her entrepreneurial pursuits. Now, she is poised to resume her journey with a new brand; Shop Delphini. She is set to launch a water bottle business alongside other lifestyle items and beauty accessories. Reflecting on her past achievements, Rachael acknowledges the profitability of her previous endeavour and the positive reception from her clientele.<\/p>

Looking ahead, Rachael remains committed to maximizing profits, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction, and expanding her business beyond the confines of her home country. Her entrepreneurial<\/a> odyssey serves as a testament to her resilience, determination, and unwavering dedication to creating a brighter future for herself and those she aspires to impact.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
