Furthermore, they became the first Black-owned battery brand available on Amazon. Besides, Amazon&#8217;s dedicated page for Black-owned<a href=\"https:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/2021\/01\/08\/africa\/nigeria-techpreneurs-african-startups-spc-intl\/index.html\"> businesses <\/a>has opened doors for companies like theirs.<\/p><p>Moreover, the Baskerville brothers see this move to Amazon as a positive step towards diversity and representation in the battery industry. They were motivated thus by the opportunities offered by Amazon and decided to launch their own venture.<\/p><h3><strong>A Commitment to Sustainability and Excellence<\/strong><\/h3><p>Marcus Baskerville, expressed his pride, saying, &#8220;Being the first black-owned battery company on Amazon is a testament to our dedication and perseverance. We&#8217;re rather honored to offer customers a diverse choice for their battery needs.&#8221;<\/p><p>VoltCell&#8217;s presence on <a href=\"https:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/2021\/01\/08\/africa\/nigeria-techpreneurs-african-startups-spc-intl\/index.html\">Amazon<\/a> subsequently, means customers now have access to a unique and inclusive battery service. The brand offers a range of batteries, from AA and AAA to 9V, and even includes a selection of used batteries.
