are greatly shaping the future of Africa&#8217;s Technical workforce. The Renewed Hope agenda includes the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) programme. Program aims to strengthen Nigeria&#8217;s technical workforce for digital economy. It will also help Nigeria become a talent exporter. The initial phase, done with NITDA, will engage various parties. Accordingly, like fellow training providers, partners, and placement organizations.<\/p><h3>Africa&#8217;s Internship Programme &#8211; 3MTT<\/h3><p>Following the Ministry&#8217;s 1%-10%-100% plan, this phase will train and position 30,000 technical talents. Hitting 1% of our total goal, It will operate using the framework collaboratively with government agencies. Additionally, training providers, educational institutions, development agencies, and the private sector.<\/p><p>In the first phase, we&#8217;ll emphasize these twelve (12) technical skills:<\/p><ol><li>Software Development<\/li><\/ol><p>2. UI\/UX Design<\/p><p>3. Data Analysis &amp; Visualization<\/p><p>4. Quality Assurance<\/p><p>5. Product Management<\/p><p>6. Data Science<\/p><p>7. Animation<\/p><p>8. AI\/Machine Learning<\/p><p>9. Cybersecurity<\/p><p>10. Game Development<\/p><p>11. Cloud Computing<\/p><p>12. member-states, including 54 in Africa, we&#8217;re committed to reducing poverty through <a href=\"https:\/\/thestudententrepreneur.org\/?p=46\">sustainable growth<\/a>. To enhance our impact, we&#8217;re focusing on energy, agro-business, industrialization and integration. The program is integral to Talent Management Framework, supporting our Ten-Year Strategy.<\/p><p>The program aims to:<\/p><ol><li>Offer students hands-on experience at the African Development Bank.<\/li><li>Create a pool of potential future candidates for the Bank. But, it&#8217;s important to note that internship doesn&#8217;t guarantee immediate employment.<\/li><\/ol><p>For the Internship, we seek candidates from fields relevant to the Bank&#8217;s work, like Economics, Agriculture. Also, you should be proficient in either English or French, the Bank&#8217;s working languages.<\/li><li>Have proficiency in standard software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
