Most college students spend their time trying to figure out what they want to do. Brooke Abbott, a junior at FSU\u2019s Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship, already has the answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growing up in Texas, Brooke dealt with chronic stomach issues that doctors couldn’t explain for years. By high school, the diagnosis was life-changing<\/a>: she was severely allergic to both gluten and dairy. But instead of letting a restricted diet slow her down, Brooke saw an opportunity to serve a massive, underserved community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “Celebration” Strategy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2021, Brooke launched All The Goods Gluten-Free Bakery. For her, this wasn’t just about selling muffins; it was about reclaiming the “experience” of food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“They are not just getting a cupcake; they are getting a full experience of celebrating with their family and friends,” Brooke says. She realized that her customers were not just buying gluten-free treats, they were buying peace of mind. They were buying the ability to celebrate a birthday or a graduation without the fear of getting sick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building the Brand at FSU<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Brooke took her high school hustle and scaled it using the resources at FSU. Balancing a full course load while acting as CEO, baker, and accountant, she has refined her business model through hands-on learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
