It&#8217;s based in Port Louis and helps African students and migrants find safe, comfy homes in Mauritius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Heather Ngoda\u2019s Hustle Has Heart<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Heather isn\u2019t your regular agent. She\u2019s walked the same road her clients walk. As a student, she dealt with shady listings and poor housing. So, she created a better way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She made it her mission to help others settle in with ease. Over 200 people from across Africa have already found homes through her company. But Heather gives more than keys. She offers real tips, support, and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s what makes her different. That\u2019s what makes people trust her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Law Degree With a Twist<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Heather studied law at Middlesex University in Mauritius. She never planned on going into<a href=\"https:\/\/dailynews.co.tz\/heathers-story-of-success-in-a-new-land\/\"> real estate<\/a>, but her law skills now fuel her work. She knows how to write contracts, read the fine print, and protect her clients\u2019 interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With her legal knowledge, she keeps everything smooth and scam-free.
