In the hustle culture of business, rest is a luxury nobody remembers. Hustle culture teaches us to grind constantly, but smart entrepreneurs outperform. Sleep is not sloth\u2014it’s strategy. It fuels creativity, prevents burnout, and allows leaders to make better decisions.<\/p>\n
