He left college and flew to Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His goal? To start a business in agarwood.<br>Agarwood may sound niche, but Habib saw potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 1998, he shifted to Laos. There, he launched Lao Agar International.<br>That company grew into the HSMM Group of Companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How Habib Turned Agarwood Into Gold<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Habib\u2019s work didn\u2019t stop at just trees and resin.<br>He scaled fast and expanded into six major <a href=\"https:\/\/www.localsamosa.com\/business\/top-indian-entrepreneur-8967223\">businesses<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lao Agar International<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HSMM Fragrance Co. Ltd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HSMM Mining Co. Ltd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HSMM General Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HS International Sole Co.
